We carry out viewings: All viewings are accompanied (unless otherwise agreed) We employ strict vetting procedures for all prospective tenants and are able to draw up Tenancy Agreements and all necessary documentation

Need help with banking services? : We can set-up standing orders to enable rents to be paid direct to your account

We notify all services when a tenant is due to move in and forward all relevant documents to you when signing is complete

Full Management Service:

As above plus:
We offer regular inspections of the property to make sure the tenant is meeting his/her obligations. We strive to ensure that no maintenance is carried out unless the Landlords consent has been given. We collect rents, the balance of which is paid direct to you or the bank/building society of your choice - with a statement sent to you. We serve all necessary notices, which become due.
